The integrated automatic control panel of low-voltage generating set is specially designed for "raising the automation degree of generating capacity of low-voltage generating set of hydropower station with little or no person on duty". Glzd-1 low voltage unit automation panel is designed according to integration, integration and standardization. Set of microcomputer excitation, penecontemporaneous, microcomputer control, the unit control, water level monitoring, protection, signal, measurement, temperature measurement, the primary and secondary equipment such as circuit breaker as a whole, through the function of combination and optimization design, using the modern computer technology, electronic technology, communication technology and signal processing technology, implementation of the main equipment of power automation monitoring, measurement, control and protection functions and tasks, to achieve the primary and secondary equipment just one ark.

The automatic cabinet of glzd-1 low-voltage generating set integrates the function modules of hydraulic turbine operator/automatic electric speed regulation, generator operator/automatic excitation, hand/automatic simultaneous grid connection, comprehensive generator protection, secondary measurement circuit of motor and downstream control operation, etc. The user only needs to keep the circuit breaker on the original switchboard of the power station, which can conveniently realize the automatic management of the power station with this product. After the system is put into operation, it can achieve little or no man on duty. One unit is equipped with one screen cabinet, which is simple, convenient and highly integrated. This product is mainly used for water turbine generator set with rated voltage of 400V and single capacity of 1000KW and below.

The main hardware of this system is composed of programmable microcomputer controller and touch screen (HMI), and the software is designed with modularization and structure, which not only facilitates the expansion of equipment, but also facilitates the increase of functions and the scale of the system.
